The perfect tool for sifting your compost and worms as well as other media. Separates your product with the use of various screen size's to create or capture a finer or isolated product in the end.

The sifter set comes with 2 sifters, a 1/4 inch sized sifting screen and an 1/8 inch sifting sized screen. The sifters are Approx. 24 inches long, 12 inches wide and 3 inches tall.

1/4 inch sifter is used to separate the adult worms from the worm compost and the 1/8 inch sifter is used to separate the cocoons and baby worms out and leaves a final product of fine 1/8 inch worm castings to use in garden or potted plants.

Great for sifting bedding, worms, cocoons, food source and more.

Great tool for the garden too!

*NOTE: We recommend that gloves be worn when handling.…Due to the nature of wood some splinters may be present even after some sanding, wire is trimmed as close to frame as possible when manufactured, however there is always a possibility through use that a wire may present itself.

I received this product with out being packaged, with out the protection of packaging it was very dirty. The UPS driver asked me why was this sent with protection, I couldn’t answer that question. I had to clean and sterilized this product before using it. I need another one but I will not use this company or refer them to anyone. I will make my own because I need another one with smaller openings in order to sift properly.

Note: These items are not manufactured to be sterile due to the nature and usage of the tool, as is all outdoor tools shovels, rakes you purchase at a garden store. As with raw production materials ie wood, they come from the supplier with marks of transit naturally, as with demarcation in natural building materials.
We pay for shipping unlike most competitors and cost effective packaging helps us provide that benefit to the customer without raising the product price to compensate for free shipping of this item.
